Gravel pit is owned by someone else and new owner may assume lease on gravel pit and my permits can be transferred to new owner at the cost of a small bond. Present owner of plant is willing to assist in financing &operations of gravel pit to a responsible purchaser. Interested parties should be aware that gravel pits are very difficult to permit. Plant can also be moved.
